We know SaaS, but MaaS? The mobility twist, mobility as a service. You buy and own your products, we handle the operations. The benefits of working with Today?:
Richmond is a city in California, United States. When the original bike-share operator in Richmond suddenly shut down, the city was left without a key transportation option. Instead of abandoning the project, Richmond took control—but they needed a partner to operate and maintain the system efficiently.
This is where MaaS comes in: The city owns the bikes, but operations, technology, and service are fully managed under an ongoing contract.
As of now, Richmond owns more than 60 e-bikes across ten hubs in the city. Today provides Richmond with a dedicated community manager, to handle the operations and daily contact. This structure makes communities more livable, while not having to think of operations. “Cities that are bikeable and are biking together and invest in bike infrastructure are cleaner, greener, healthier and more connected”, said Robert Rogers, the district coordinator with Contra Costa County Supervisor Joh Gioia’s office.
Our service is as accessible as we can make it. Everything in one place – Design, production, delivery, and operations.
If you are looking to invest in a sustainable transportation solution, owning a fleet, but require support, his option is for you. Browse our models or get in touch for more information.
